Fire Safety – Since our session in Monaco, we have had updates on fire safety with new guideline developments. Is there an increase in fires or is this just better reported? Are Lithium (Li-on) batteries a major concern and what are the solutions?

Navigational Safety – Collisions. Groundings. This seem to be happening on a regular basis. Is there a common cause? What lessons can be learned?

Crew Welfare – Lack of available and qualified crew – Crew retention onboard, with the issues of hours of work and rest. How do we attract new crew? Have crew left the industry and how can we get them back? What are the main challenges today? How do we solve these?
