The International Superyacht Society (ISS) is excited to announce a
new initiative aimed at delivering more value to our members.
The initiative is called “Meet the Fleet”.
“Meet the Fleet” offers ISS member companies a unique opportunity to engage directly with the end users of their products— specifically, the crew who use your products and services every day.
This initiative offers you a rare opportunity to engage with an ISS captain or crew member who is best suited to your product.
These calls are not for a product pitch, but rather a chance to gain independent market feedback on how your products are being received onboard. Discover how your products are received onboard, learn how to optimize your marketing efforts, and uncover opportunities for development—all directly from the end users.
The pilot program will define a consistent process for ISS member companies and their assigned crew contacts to follow, ensuring optimal outcomes for both parties. The Captains’ Committee within the ISS is the sponsor for this initiative and they will be in direct contact if you wish to participate in the pilot.

This initiative delivers tremendous value for ISS Members, also encourages us to be more active within the ISS community. While we chat with captains every day, normally it’s solving problems and there is not a set time to get business feedback and best practices as we did yesterday. We will be implementing some of Liam’s ideas over the course of the next few months and would love to get additional perspective as allowed by this initiative. – John Valence
